  • Wendy Lombard

    Founder & President of Consult Nutrition

    Wendy Lombard is a registered dietitian with 20 years experience in food service management and clinical dietetics. Her undergraduate work in Nutrition is from Andrews University in Michigan, where she currently serves on the advisory board and as an adjunct professor. Her Master's degree in Public Health Nutrition is from Loma Linda University in California. Wendy is passionate about the geriatric population and has focused on long-term care for many years. In her spare time, she runs marathons in Disney World, and enjoys gardening and traveling.

  • Moriah Hall

    Regional Director

    Moriah Hall is a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist with over 8 years of experience in geriatrics. Moriah has a BS from the University of Maine Orono and a Master of Science in Gerontology from UMass Boston. Moriah completed her dietetic internship at California State University San Bernardino. Outside of work, Moriah loves to be with her family, be outdoors, cook, run, hike, and ski.

  • Molly Perry

    Molly graduated from the University of Maine with a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, leading to a career in sales in Boston. Quickly realizing she wanted a career following her true passion for nutrition, she went back to UMaine to receive a second bachelor's degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a concentration in Dietetics. She then completed her dietetic internship with Iowa State University in 2018 and started her lifelong dream career as a registered dietitian. Molly recently got married during the pandemic on the ocean in Maine with their closest friends and family. She enjoys hiking, boating, and running, and loves being in the outdoors with her husband on the coast of Maine.

  • Eliza Ring

    Eliza is a licensed and registered dietitian from Maine. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Maine Orono and completed her Dietetic Internship through Oakwood University, Huntsville, Alabama. Eliza has had a lifelong passion for nutrition, with a focus in gerontological nutrition. When not working, Eliza enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her two slightly crazy rescue dogs. She loves to be outdoors any time of the year and specifically loves hiking and snowshoeing. Eliza is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

  • Elle Stronczek

    Elle is a Registered Dietitian. She resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana with her husband, daughter, and step-daughter. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics at Indiana University, followed by a Graduate Certificate in Nutrition and completion of a dietetic internship from Bowling Green State University. She has close to five years’ experience in clinical nutrition and is passionate about the role of nutrition in healing and overall improvement in one’s quality of life. She strives to use her knowledge of nutrition to help others in any facet. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, be outdoors, and explore new places.

  • Danielle Breunig

    Danielle has a degree from the University of Maine Orono, earning both her undergraduate and master’s degrees there. Her passion for fitness led her to embrace weightlifting and explore the world of nutrition, eventually guiding her toward her career path in dietetics. In her free time, Danielle enjoys making homemade skincare and household items. Overall, she is someone who finds joy in the simple things in life.

  • Lindsey Fenelly

    Lindsey is a Registered Dietitian originally from Massachusetts. Her professional journey has taken her across different states, including Kentucky, Massachusetts, and now Maine. With a background in behavioral health and long-term care, she has gained firsthand insight into how nutrition can impact overall well-being. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maine in Orono and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, Connecticut. During her leisure time, you’ll find her immersed in a good book, learning to play the banjo, going on runs or hikes, or enjoying quality moments with her husband and extended family on Little Sebago Lake.

  • Sam Bailey

    Sam is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maine and a Dietetics degree from the University of Northern Colorado. She completed her dietetic internship through California State University at Long Beach while living in San Diego. Sam has professional experience working in both long-term and acute care facilities, but has spent the majority of her career working one-on-one with clients in counseling roles. In her free time, Sam enjoys baking, skiing, hiking, and fostering dogs through local animal rescues.

  • Nikole Barrett

    Nikole Barrett, RDN, CD, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She was born and raised in Northern Indiana with Amish heritage, has traveled from New Jersey to Washington State as a military spouse, and fell in love with functional/holistic nutrition along the way. She loves hiking the trails of Southern Indiana and all things coffee. Nikole enjoyed attending Purdue University, West Lafayette for undergrad and the University of Iowa for the graduate/internship program. Nikole is passionate about health and nutrition to help others to love and to live well to fulfill one’s purpose.

  • Helen Costello

    Helen Costello is a Registered and licensed Dietitian Nutritionist with over 25 years in the field. Her undergraduate work in Nutrition is from Montclair State College and she has two Masters’ degrees, one from the University of New Hampshire and one from The Friedman School of Nutrition and Science Policy from Tufts University. She started out her career in clinical nutrition which was inspired from working in the kitchen of a long-term care facility in high school. She is passionate about nutrition and health throughout the life cycle. In 2018, she traded in her hiking boots and kayak for a diversified farm where she raises Scottish Highland Cattle, Shropshire sheep, laying hens, vegetables, herbs, and flowers.

  • Lacey Bouchard

    Lacey Bouchard is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with 17 years of experience. Lacey earned her BS in Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Maine in Orono. She then went on to complete her Dietetic Internship at Keene State College in Keene, NH. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, at the beach, camping, skiing, walking, cooking, and attending Boston Sporting Events.
